Cancellation / Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes you are unable to attend, in which case we are happy to welcome a substitute delegate. Please let us know in writing within 10 working days prior to the conference to confirm this. Should substitution not be possible:
  1. Written requests received for cancellations on or before March 31, 2017 will be subject to a deduction of INR 2,000.
  2. No refund will be made for a cancellation request received after March 31, 2017 or for No Shows.
In the unlikely event that a speaker cancels, every effort will be made to find a replacement speaker of equivalent experience. The organisers reserve the right to make alterations to the conference programme, venue and timings at any time.
